Jerry brings over a decade of financial expertise to Everspire, specializing in equity compensation and wealth management. Prior to joining Everspire, Jerry spent six years at Morgan Stanley, where he served as a trusted advisor to executives and board members of publicly traded companies. During this time, he managed several billion dollars in client assets, leveraging his deep knowledge to guide clients through complex financial decisions. His expertise includes managing the tax-efficient unwinding of concentrated stock positions, mitigating risk, and building sustainable wealth.
Before his tenure at Morgan Stanley, Jerry worked with private clients at TD Ameritrade, where he helped families optimize their portfolios by introducing innovative strategies for diversification and growth. His client-first approach and dedication to delivering tailored solutions have earned him a reputation for excellence in the financial industry.
Jerry resides in Lehi with his wife, Davianne, and their three children. A passionate cook, he’s known as the neighborhood chef and enjoys hosting large gatherings to bring people together through food. He and Davianne share a love for gardening, and their homemade salsa di pomodoro—crafted with fresh San Marzano tomatoes from their garden—is a local favorite.
