Rick brings extensive insurance experience to the Everspire team. Over nearly 40 years, colleagues and clients have looked to Rick for expert advice on a wide range of insurance challenges and opportunities.

Rick began his career in Life Insurance by working his way up through the ranks of Producer, Disability Specialist, Agency Manager, and Regional Vice President for the largest carrier in North America. He thrived in this environment and gravitated toward more complex cases and was often brought in as a specialist regarding estate planning, advanced planning, and business planning (“key man” and many other issues).

After 15 years building his experience, Rick found his passion as a Life Consultant working with and teaching other Financial Advisors what he had learned in his own career. He loves to teach and help others and is regarded as a both a subject-area expert and an accomplished instructor and mentor. Most recently he practiced his craft as a Dedicated Life consultant working with the Edward Jones offices in Utah, Idaho, and Wyoming.

Rick’s education was in Accounting and Finance at the University of Utah. However, his biggest accomplishment would be his six kids, all with College degrees and thus far 13 grandkids. He resides in South Jordan.
