Cassandra will work closely with Monica to make it easy for Everspire clients to navigate the account opening process, communicate efficiently with their advisor, contribute or withdraw funds, and get any other help they need.
Cassandra brings 17 years of experience managing complex operations and communicating with clients and team members. As a manager at Nordstrom, she was awarded the highest customer service honor given out by the company. More recently, as a manager at Harmons, she oversaw a complex department where her responsibilities included budgeting, quality control, as well as training, mentoring, and supervising her team in order to ensure an excellent client experience.
